Corrections & Clarifications
We correct factual errors promptly and transparently. Significant corrections are logged here with timestamps and explanations.
Our Corrections Policy
- • Factual errors are corrected as soon as they are verified.
- • Corrected articles include a dated correction note at the top of the page.
- • Material errors (factual inaccuracies that change the meaning of an article) are also logged on this page.
- • Minor edits (typos, broken links, formatting) are made silently and not logged.
- • Significant errors trigger an internal editorial review to identify and prevent recurrence.
This page records documented material corrections. It is not yet a complete historical log: earlier corrections from our source review have not all been entered here. We do not present that incomplete record as evidence that no corrections occurred.

Corrected
We removed an unsupported 72% statistic from an FAQ and its corresponding search-readable answer. We added usable, clearly labelled fictional examples and qualified overly absolute statements about legal enforceability, leaks and early release. The article address and editorial dates were preserved. The review failure included a missed FAQ claim; we have added whole-draft and final-recheck requirements to our editorial review rules.
